Cesar Benatti

Head Volleyball Coach, Florida SouthWestern State College

Cesar Benatti brings over 25 years of coaching experience at the collegiate, professional, and international levels. A native of São Paulo, Brazil, Benatti has developed championship teams and elite athletes around the world. From winning a national title at the NJCAA level to helping LMU reach the NCAA Beach Volleyball Championship final, his career is defined by excellence, leadership, and a deep passion for the game.

Laurel Reale

Professional Beach Volleyball Player | National Team Coach | Performance Mentor

​

Laurel Reale is a professional beach volleyball player, coach, and wellness advocate with a decade-long resume spanning NCAA championships, international competition, and elite youth development. A three-time NCAA semifinalist as a collegiate athlete and a two-time NCAA Champion as a coach, Weaver is dedicated to helping the next generation of athletes thrive both on and off the court.

Reale played collegiately at both UCLA and the University of Hawai‘i, where she helped lead her teams to multiple NCAA Championship appearances and earned national recognition for her performance. She finished her career ranked second all-time in winning percentage at Hawai‘i (.802) and still holds a share of the NCAA record for most wins at a single national championship event.

After graduation, Reale returned to Southern California and spent three years as a coach with the USC Beach Volleyball program, helping lead the Women of Troy to back-to-back NCAA titles in 2021 and 2022. Since then, she has served as a head and assistant coach for USA Volleyball’s youth national teams, founded Weaver Volley Mechanics, and built a growing community for players of all skill levels through private coaching and performance mentorship.
